Empowering Asian American Voices in Engineering and Academia

The Asian American Pioneer Medal Symposium and Ceremony invites scholars, researchers, and thought leaders to a transformative event dedicated to advancing excellence and innovation in engineering and the sciences. From August 7-9, 2026, at Stanford University, this symposium will provide a critical platform to explore the contributions of Asian Americans and the challenges they face in STEM and academia.
In 2025, the event drew more than 2,000 registrants and featured over 15 panels and sessions, with more than 50 of the nation’s top minds in energy, artificial intelligence, life sciences, and leadership. Scholars, students, and leaders from across the country and around the world gathered to recognize the enduring contributions of Asian American pioneers and to elevate public dialogue around science, technology, and academic leadership.
