Margaret Lewis
Margaret Lewis is a professor of Law and Associate Dean for faculty development and institutional operations at Seton Hall University. She is an expert in law in China and Taiwan with an emphasis on criminal justice and human rights. She has been a Fulbright Senior Scholar at National Taiwan University, a visiting professor at Academia Sinica, a Public Intellectuals Program Fellow with the National Committee on United States-China Relations, and a delegate to the US-Japan Foundation’s US-Japan Leadership Program. She is a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Professor Lewis has participated in the State Department’s Legal Experts Dialogue with China, has testified before the Congressional-Executive Commission on China, and is a consultant to the Ford Foundation.
Brian A. Sun
Brain A. Sun is a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP. He is a seasoned trial lawyer experienced in complex business litigation, white collar criminal defense and multijurisdictional investigation matters. He has represented clients such as Foxconn and Dr. Wen Ho Lee in his successful civil lawsuit against the United States government. Brian is recognized by Chambers USA in its top tier for California: White Collar Crime and Government Investigations and also appears on the Lawdragon 500 Leading Lawyers of America list. He has been honored with the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association’s (NAPABA) Trailblazer Award, the National Diversity Council’s Multicultural Leadership Award and the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award. He served as a deputy general counsel to the Christopher Commission, which recommended sweeping reforms of the Los Angeles Police Department in the wake of the Rodney King incident. A former federal prosecutor, He was Chief of the Financial Investigations Unit of the US Department of Justice.
