Accounting 

Tasks: Help AASF finance team with accounting tasks. Need a few hours a week.


Interview Coordination

Tasks: Help conduct interviews and video shooting for the Asian American Pioneer Project in partnership with the National Science Foundation. The project will span over about 3 months. The estimated time needed is about one day a week.


Event Management

Tasks: Program and update Whova platform for the AASF Annual event


Event Registration

Tasks: Help the registration of the AASF Annual event using the Whova platform. The team is also in charge of printing badges, seat assignments


Website Management

Tasks: Update the AASF website with new information using WordPress


Membership Management

Tasks: Work with a membership management software to management AASF fellow and regular membership information.
